Personality: On the surface? Completely bonkers, off the wall, and frankly more than a bit retarded. Under the surface? A calculatingly brilliant and merciless individual who is arguably the most greedy character ever created. To Haruko, everyone and everything is a game for amusement or some tool to get closer to Atomsk. She's selfish, devilish, manipulative, and energetic. The thing is the manner in which she is all these things is so obscure that it'll just look like she's being an insane moron. She's willing to let entire planets die merely to state her own needs and wants.

History: Lemme be frank here -- nothing is known of Haruko's canon history prior to coming to Earth. However, basing on what I've decided on for her she was taken into the organization she works for now in her later teens, and met Atomsk there before that ho went and prison-broke before being captured by MM. Other than that -- it's all vague.

Interesting information: She's got a guitar which while being made of fiberglass can shatter stone and break metal, as well as vibrate, be used as a hover-surfboard, shoot bullets, shoot rockets, and otherwise kick ass. Aside from this she has a near-omnipotent knowledge of pretty much everything pop-culture, extreme computer skills, able to use cats as telephones, has a bracelet which can detect N.O. channels, the ability to activate N.O. channels and generally is just brilliant. Aside from all this she is extremely strong, extremely robust, and as a Vespa (picture a moped) which can fly and move at extreme speeds even aside from this.
N.O. is the ability to pull something from across time and space. It's basically matter transfer. At the most basic level it might transport a wrist-watch and at the level Atomsk can do it you can displace ("steal") entire solar systems. N.O. is utilized by the right and left sides of the brain (normally opposites) to be used in unison. It creates a vortex inside the skull which things can be pulled out of of (usually through the forehead or the like) and often causes odd bumps because of this. It is worth noting these odd growths do hurt, but not nearly as much as one would expect a gun growing out of your skull to. N.O. normally works at will or on it's own, but stress, duty, or other emotions can activate it faster. Haruko also appears to be able to work it at will in other people. When a brain is activated for N.O. because the skull becomes a vortex it'll absorb the X-ray beams in a scan, meaning the skull will come up empty in X-rays. In journal entries she'll be prone to chatspeak (or something close to it) just to screw with people and is prone to breaking out into seemingly random questions or wordings which will seem to most people to be nonsensical babble. The thing is that Haruko's words always make sense if you can follow her extremely demented logic. She's also extremely prone to pop-culture references, bits of other languages, making up words, childish ways of talking, habitual lying, and generally screwing with people. Oh, and she's wicked sick with computers.
